Except for the mid part where SVS "betrays" Kamal and the unakkena meele nindraay song (great song, wonderful solo dance where he has to express his sorrow and still entertain the crowd), the film is a breeze. Always underrated as comedy. An ensemble comedy. One of few movies that Sri Priya is not irritating.Quote:

Simla also has that old 30s 40s Hollywood screwball comedy feel to it. It's purely dialogue based comedy.
Sri Priya's insistence on reading her script and the reaction from Kamal and SV always crack me up (one where they have to jump the Veranda, enna kodumaiadaa saami).
