I simply love groundnuts.
Now I know that I have to limit my intake of nuts.

i cannot follow very strict diet. but i am not overeating, sos is controlled in our house. Physical activity is there. stopped Gym for past 10 days. didn't gain weight.

MM- lemon juice

eve: tea, 2 spoons mixture
dinner: 2 chappathi, onion-kadalai mmaavu chutney.
Today's diet:
BF: 2 chapathi, onion-kadalai mmaavu chutney, channa masala, 1/2 g tea
Lunch: MS rice, sambar, rasam, curd, carrot-beans poriyal, pumpkin poriyal , watermelon.
eve: tea
Dinner: 2 chapathi, channa mmasala, salad or fruit.
Selvi, kandippa try pannurom follow panna...:)
PS, thanks for the tips...:) my homeopath says peanuts with vellam/karumbu sakkarai helps increase good cholesterol... but ofcourse u have to limit it to a spoonful a day... or mmaybe on small piece of kadalai mittai a day...:)
