"vaada en raaja kannaa" has a very innocent appeal and like many have stated here, the interludes with liberal flute are just mind blowing. . When I was in my school days, I used to just wait with bated breath for the second interlude- the long flute drawl ,the violin ensemble piece that comes soon after that , the guitar round up , well , these are the features that used to distinguish IR from the rest

I often see people crediting IR for this song but i firmly believe GA was the MD for Nyayam.
Nyayam had Prabhu and Nalini. This song was popular in VB during the movie's release.
I have no knowledge of other songs from this film.

Surprised to note that there was a high demand for this song(apart from my request). I requested it as I hadnt listened to it in ages and remembered just the pallavi being decent. Hmm..listening to it again now, it sounds like a typical mid-80s IR song, nothing too special about it.
