Whats not funny here? I'm sure this was not from a mythological movie. This is as funny as Kamal's Paramasivan getup in PKS and Rajini's in Uzhaippali.

He must have used an old letter pad, as one of the comments said. Whats the big deal here & whats Thatstamil (one of the worst Tamil news portals) got against Vijay? For the past few years, they've been making fun of him every now and then. I've read dozens of articles criticizing his movies and statements there. Some of these are quite silly. One recent news article said he hates to see the labourers who are renovating his Saligramam house.

Yes. But the obvious thing is that website becoming a bible here and getting quoted often, followed by 'எனக்கு அப்போவே தெரியும்' kinda comments. வளருங்கப்பா... :)

There are people who like to read below the belt abuses and it is catering to their tastes. When there is an audience they will continue doing it. So the best is to ignore rather than discussing their intention. That they had posted these articles on his birthday occasion is further proof of their lofty principles.

The article says, he shifted from the address mentioned in the letter pad nearly 10 years ago. Using 10 years old letter pad to write a letter to the Prime Minister and circulating a copy to the media needs a definite guts as many would felt it as an embarrassing and would used a new one instead.
