Thanks for the song! Niyam is by IR Ramki. There was another moved called Niyayam Ketkiren which I think was GA.

I somehow felt the song somehow startes abruptly, but the interludes (though nothing spectacular and novel), still makes me like the song

Oriental also made several errors before; Chinna thambi periya thambi was attributed to IR, so does naaLellam pournami. Both are by GA.

The audio quality of "Gangai nadhi meeno" is bad.
"sapthaswaram punnagaiyil kanden" song is similar in tune to "thodangum thodarum" song (cinema kalyani perhaps) .

This is Thiru's request. I think this is the first Srinivas song in POW.
I'm listening to the song for the first time. after first few minutes i decided thiru has sent the wrong file :). Then slowly the tamil lines popped up.
PPV was nadigar thilagams last film?? I have read 3 different people saying they acted with sivaji in his last film ..one is super star(padaiyappa) , second is ajay(hero/producer of ppv) and third is arjun(i forgot the name of the movie but its the one he acted with late soundarya in it).

I am listening to this the forst time too:)
The Arjun Soundharya movie with sivaji is mannavaru chinnavaru.

First and foremost I apologise for the poor audio quality. This is the best i could do .

Coming to the song, this is one of Vedas original(i hope). A beautiful melody sung by the three legends.
I remember seeing this song in Oliyum oliyum. It was picturised on Pushpalatha(PS), AVMRajan(TMS) and Sheela(JR). This song was often played on radios. Do they still? Not sure.

Pooparikka varugirom is older. Sivaji's last release is 'mannavaru chinnavaru'. It's a dub, but I think some scenes were reshot. Mano has sung for sivaji in this movie.
