Hi Mrs Kugan,
I am sorry to read about your daughter being sick.
I do hope and pray that she gets well soon.
And you too, take care of yourself.
P. Shivan, I have posted a vegetable biryani in Kugan's Thread 2.
I think it is in page 3.
Shivan we are all vegetarians now.
The one pot biryani was made with soyameal chicken.
If you like you can add little cauliflower, beans and carrots,
instead of the soya meal.
Kugan is my ishta deivam.
No other secrets other than that.
Please come often to this thread and give your comments.
Thanks. Kugan98
Madhu, akka will never have moods of going back
to non- vegetrian food. Thanks. Kugan98
Dev, pajeri nenas is a Malay dish, made with pineapples
I know you are allergic to pineapple.
This can also be made with long brinjals.
Dev, in Malaysia if there is a Malay wedding, they will have
yellow colour ghee rice and this pajeri nenas.
It is a very good combination.
The fried coconut paste that we add gives it a good aroma.
I will post the recipe for you.
Thanks. Kugan98
Selviem week endula try panni paarungga.
One pot biryani is very easy to make and is tasty.
Thanks. Kugan98
Thanks NM for your kind concern.
My daughter is getting better now.
NM I have posted a milk cake in page 58 I believe.
It has come out very nicely and tasty.
Please try panni paarungga.
