I know people who create fake ids for backup. In case if they are banned, they use the backup id to come back. That's quite normal. But having two ids and interaction between them and creating FB profiles for fake ids is something I have never heard of. Probably the person is clever enough to use different IPs for different ids. Who knows? Only thing is that his Kondai is too big to hide now. :)
