Thanks Roshan...Being a musician myself I feel ARR has to be amongst the top of best ever singer-music directors along the sides of IR.

True ! I remember writing a note about AR's singing and some of my favourite songs rendered by him, sometime back on FB in a poll thread that was circulated around to chose the best Singer-MD. I should look for it and post it here.
And great to know that you are a singer. IMO singing skill is a very special devine gift and you are one among the chosen lot :)
Thanks again Roshan....ARR, IR kittalaan naan amicha CD irukannum, but yet to recieve a call..:)..Coming back ,heard in Super Singer once from Sujatha, that while she recognised ARR as a good singer, it was Vellai pookal that made sujatha an ardent admirer of him ....
Oh ! :D Good luck and hope you receive the call soon.

Every song that AR has sung is special and unique in it's own way. This song is my most favourite AR rendered song. Love it !!! - Aaruyirae mannippayaa mannipaaya solladi en sagiyae. The Swara portion is spellbinding. :notworthy: for AR's voice.
Was listening to Sahana Saaral on a loop yesterday.. The 'dheemthananana' swara portion rendered by ARR in the interlude is like mundiri in a tasty paayasam. One of the reasons why I listen to this song often :)
