ENGA AREA VULLA VARATHE.

From the song, its seams like a clash/arguement between rich (college) guys & pudupettai (dhanush & co) guys in a form of a song WHO (se AREA) is the most dominant (enga area vulla varathe). Dhanush (pettai) conveys in the worst possible way and rich guys in the form of a RAP (Yes it shud be,hav to check lyrics in details). If you justify Dhanush as a rowdy then what about Rich guys @ RAP? Who's singing that "THIS is pudhu pudhu pudhu PETTAI" part? Rich guys?

Whom to blame SR, Na. MK or YSR (apart from "Who Let the Dogs OUT")?

Does such a situation requires a SONG firstof all ? with such nasty lyrics ? U call it Realistic :evil:, Innovative :rotfl:? IMO, Then @ its WORST!.

I am a BIG fan of GOOD and MEANINGFUL Lyrics. If the situation demands a brief narration, then there are several ways to shoot it differently. Many of the current Dir's/MD/Lyricist misinterept it and goes for a filthy, kuthu, semi-porn SONGS & picturisations.

I am a fan of poetry and good lyrics too. U see if CHERY language alone is referred to as FILTHY, I beg to differ.

Yes I do agree, some songs are inserted inbetween a dumb sequence of totally unrelated issues.

Kuthu pattu cannot be looked down upon. Its basically to satisfy A SECT of ppl, who also have a life, cherish their kinda living.

yes if its gonna be porn OR semi-porn IN THE name of kuthu songs, I DETEST IT AND CONDEMN THE SAME.

In the lyrics posted above, therez obscene EFFECT... but not dirty words I guess :roll: (not heard the whole song though)
