Any food which is high in Protein , low in carbs will make you loose wait. Soya protein products, such as soya beans, tofu (bean curd), dhaal, nuts (moderation pls ). Muscles burns off fat, when you are resting, that is sleeping. hence the more muscle you have in the body, the higher your metabolism will function.
Minimum 2 liters of water is a MUST , which will get rid of toxins in your body and circulate blood and oxygen to your body
