I searched all my collections, but I could not find the lyric you mentioned.
But in the web ‘samagra dasa sahitya’, there are 2 compositions by Shri VADIRAJARU,
starts with ‘NARAYANA NARAYANA NARAYANA, having 10 and 12 charanas.
Both of them describing Dashavatharas of Lord. But I did not find any compositions by Shri Purandaradasaru.
