ஒருபடி மேலே போய் நல வாரியம் அமைக்கும்படி சரத்குமார் கேட்டு, அதற்கும் ஒப்புதலும் அளித்தார் கருணாநிதி.
ஆனால் இன்று நிலைமை வேறு. அனைத்து சலுகைகளும் கிட்டத்தட்ட நிறுத்தப்பட்டுவிட்டன.
தமிழில் பெயர் வைத்தால் வரிவிலக்கு என்று கருணாநிதி ஆட்சியில் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. வைக்கிற தலைப்பு ஏதோ ஒரு விதத்தில் தமிழ்ப் பெயர் என்று நிரூபித்தாலே போதும், இந்தக் கட்சி அந்தக் கட்சி என்று பார்க்காமல் முழுமையான வரிச்சலுகை கிடைத்தது.
ஆனால் இன்று தமிழக அரசிடம் வரிச்சலுகைப் பெற பெரும் போராட்டமே நடத்த வேண்டிய நிலை. போராட்டம் என்றால் வெளிப்படையாக அல்ல...மென்று விழுங்கித்தான் தங்கள் கோரிக்கையை சொல்ல முடியும். கொஞ்சம் ஓங்கி குரல் கொடுத்தால், அடுத்து என்ன நடக்குமோ என்ற பயம் இருக்கிறது.
தமிழில் தலைப்பு, கலாச்சாரத்துக்கு பங்கமில்லாத உள்ளடக்கம், பெருமளவு வசனங்கள் தமிழில்... ஆகிய நிபந்தனைகளை நிறைவேற்றினால் அந்தப் படத்துக்கு வரிவிலக்கு தருவதாக அறிவித்த அரசு, இந்த நிபந்தனைகளை நிறைவேற்றும் அளவுக்கு வரும் நல்ல படங்களுக்குக்கூட வரிவிலக்கு தர மறுப்பதாகக் குற்றச்சாட்டுகள் எழுந்துள்ளன.
இதில் முதல் பாதிப்பு உதயநிதியின் ஒரு கல் ஒரு கண்ணாடி படத்துக்குத்தான். அதற்கு ஒரே காரணம் அரசியல் என்பது வெளிப்படையாகவே தெரிந்துவிட்டது.
அடுத்த படம் வழக்கு எண் 18/9. யு / ஏ சான்று பெற்ற படம் என்று இதற்கு ஒரு காரணம் சொன்னார்கள்.
இப்போது ராட்டினம் என்ற படத்துக்கும் இதுவரை வரிவிலக்கு அளிக்கப்படவில்லை. இத்தனைக்கும் இது சின்னப் படம். வெளியாகிற தினமான இன்றிலிருந்து வரிவிலக்கு அளித்தால்தான், 30 சதவீத வரியிலிருந்து அந்தப் படம் தப்பும்.
இந்தப் படத்தைப் பார்த்த அனைவருமே படத்துக்கு வரிவிலக்கு தரலாம். ரொம்ப க்ளீனான படம் என்று கூறியுள்ளனர். ஆனால் அரசு இன்னும் முடிவை சொல்லவில்லை.
வரிவிலக்குக்கு வேறு நிபந்தனைகள் ஏதேனும் உள்ளனவா?

An IAS aspirant said that he was surprised with the interviewer at the selection panel asked him a question about Dhanush and the Kolaveri song. During the IAS interview, the question about the Why this Kolaveri di song turning out to be very popular, surprised the IAS aspirant.
However, the interviewer reportedly told him that the song has become a phenomenal success and he wanted to know more about it and Dhanush and found a candidate from Tamil Nadu more suitable to answer it.
It is not a wonder that a question about Dhanush has sprung up in the IAS interview as the star had lectured at the IIM some months ago.
