Actually, she is not a ghost, just a lady who has gone crazy because the villain (who spoils sivaji's sister's life) spoiled her life..When Sivaji and Sujatha are hiding in a railway waiting room, Sujatha gets afraid seeing this lady(near the window) in white saree with a haunting laughter and this song..

it is not a rare song but i wouldnt say it is a common one either. Also i was looking for a eerie song to suit the 'mood'. This was the only better file i had with me :)

"Delhi" Ganesh, Meera, Sivachandran and Swarna were introduced to the tamil screen with Pattina Pravesam (heavily inspired by The Conquerors of the Golden City). You are right - this solo is not sung by a "ghost" but by a woman (played by Swarna) who has been exploited and abandoned by Jai Ganesh. However, she "haunts" the railway station singing this solo in the hope that he will return to claim her..."Kunkuma Kolangal Kodhai Kondada...Varuvaanadi"
(Interestingly enough, 16 Vayathinilae begins with the same premise - Mayilu awaiting "Chappaani/Gopal" to return so that she can celebrate a happy married life with him.)
