Kandaangi has a retro song-feel-a-like, hence I feel Vijay voice suits the song. Besides he is one of the few actors who can actually sing, even without usage of autotune.

songs are superb ..kandaangi thalaivar voice is so nice sure shot hit....already so much praise for kandaangi in social network

thuppakki thalaiva albums are crap...common..am i living in different world.... those albums are really really big hit among general audiences..i really feel this forum really not reflects the general audience opinion even kumki is a average album here

Cannot agree more. Infact my personal opinion is that after a long time we have a Vijay movie album which has songs that you hum immediately after first hearing. I loved Vijays voice in kandaangi. Overall I feel Imman has stayed with the mood and backdrop of the movie. I also feel that some songs will gain popularity after watching the video.

:exactly: Me too had the same feeling.. After hearing HQ teaser, i am in love with that song and Vijay's voice which is the highlight.. :clap:

To be honest.. Vijay sounds much better than google and vankannana... this is the best. And song have sema variety.

the best thing about Kandangi was Vijay's voice, it was different. I was hesitant Vijay singing melody but after listening to the promo, its his voice that makes this song more memorable.
