You are actually inside the heart of a woman in love at that point. The song, besides being a lovely melody, orchestrates to the point of minute emotions, and brings longing, flush of love, world around looking beautiful just in the flush of love, desparate sense of attachment and yearning to hold on to that love and a lot more. Who said music cannot substitute writing? No amount of writing can do justice to what this song accomplishes.
