Dev- Why don't u post the calorie content of so-called-sins like Bonda, bajji, pakoda, appalaam etc? And, Desserts too? :-)
Knowing their calorie content can help adjust the menu without exceeding the overall daily calorie intake limits. Or, indulgence on any day can be adjusted the next day with more fruits/vegetables instead of carbs.
Scorpio, it's very difficult to calculate the calorie content of cooked food. esp fried stuffs, u don't really know how much oil goes into it. sometimes it's oily, sometimes it's not. so, naan andha calculation ellamm try panninadhe illai.
U might want to chk this website for calories in diff food...both raw & cooked...

thanks kugan and dev. another 2 kgs to be done. that will take couple of months. coz the final stage will take more time.
also kids will be at home for one month. morning walk will not be regular.
