annam itta veettile kannakkol saathave...........Manthirikumari {1950}
From Manthirikumari{1950}
annam itta veettile kannakkol saathave.........
I was in 8th standard when this movie was released. I learnt about kannakkol from this song. When I was in 5th standard a robber used kannakkol to enter our house and rob. Kannakkol ( iron rod) was used to remove bricks from the wall to create a hole large enough for a person to creep into the house. Fortunately my father went to the backyard
to see where the noise came from. By that time the burglar escaped !
In Manthirikumari. Vaaraai nee vaaraai was probably the most popular song !
