    Main Aisa hi hoon!

Sweet & touching movie. Brilliant performance by Ajay Devgan. The man's his best as an autistic adult.
Sushmita as a career oriented, sharp, lawyer is amazing!
I thought all she could do was shake her long legs in clothes that are too small for her!
But, here's a Sushmita who knows her stuff! BRILLIANT!
Cheers to the entire team of "Main Aisa hi hoon"

    Niranjana,

Main aisa hi hoon is inspired from the moive "I am Sam"
starring Sean Penn and Michelle Pfiffer.

Sean Penn got an oscar for his perfomance i the English version.
If you liked Main aisa hi hoon, try and watch the original
    English version too.

I had seen the original English version some time back, so
I did not like Main aisa hi hoon.

Thanks but as a matter of fact, I really dont know too much about
movies. I had seen I am Sam, so it was easy

I have not seen Sati. Not seen many old art movies.

I have seen Arth, Arda Satya, Mandi, Mirch masala, Ankush, some more that I dont remember. Droh Kaal also you can say is kind of
art movie. I really dont know the exact definition of art movie.
Do you mean to say the realistic type of movies?

I would recommend to see Arth (Remade as Marupadiyum in Tamil) and Droh Kaal (Remade as Kuruthipunal in Tamil)

There is one movie produced by DD, I dont think it was released
in theaters, they had aired it on DD, the lead actor is Pankaj
Kapur, 90% of the movie is shown inside just one room,
it is a meeting between few officials to decide on murder case.
It is an excellent movie. Dont remember the name. If you can
get it, it will be great.

From recent movies, Maqbool has got excellent reviews, I have
    not seen it though.

Have you seen Guna and Mahanadi?

    Thanks, Girish.

Well, I haven't seen many Art movies either but I've recently got interested in them. Interested in Movies, in general.
Pls also tell me some good English movies.
I wonder if old English Movie cds would be available like Casablanca, Breakfast at Tiffanys etc

    Hi Niranjana,

I am not familiar with much of classic English movies.
Some movies which I found nice are given below, not
    neccessarily art type.

Punch line (starring Tom Hanks/Sally field)
    A league of their own
    Only when I laugh
    Brave heart
    Castaway
    Forrest gump
    Saving private ryan
    The terminal
    The cutting edge
    Schindlers list
    A few good men
    My girl
    Frankie and johnny
    Scent of a woman
    The prince of the tides
    What dreams may come

and many many more. Have you seen any from above
list? Any opinion on the ones you have seen?
