It has been almost confirmed that Padmashree AR Rahman (Isaipuyal,Mozart of Asia) is scoring music for both Shivaji (SS Rajinikanth) & Dasavatharam (Padmashree Kamal hassan) forthcoming movies.
It would be interesting to see if both releases on the same date. It reminds me of the golden days when both Thalapathi (IR's best) & Guna released on the same date & Ilayaraja composing both of them. Adi rakamma kaiyaa thattu & Kanmani anbodu kaadhalan
I remember watching it on the pudhu padal (doordarshan,deepavali) and was a big fight outside between us & kamal fans (ippo illa) & one and only thing we could compromise is IR's songs....
I have been praying for ARR such an oppurtunity since long time. The combo is similar with a big banner for Rajini now AVM & Shankar, Kamal (10 roles) roping with KS Ravikumar...
