Festival foods of India
Wish you all peace, prosperity, happiness, good fortune, and good harvests on this auspicious day of January 14th, Makar Sankranti, filled with joy and so much fun.
Unity in diversity is utmost visible everywhere during this festival season all over India. In Tamil Nadu, it is Pongal day; in Assam, it is Bhogali Bihu; in Andhra Pradesh, it is called Bhogi; in Punjab, the harvest festival is called Lohri; and Makar Sankranti in rest of the country, Karnataka/Maharashtra/Uttar Pradesh/Bihar/Bengal.
