    indian style burritos

    Hi,

I am looking for Indian style burritos to serve as snacks to my kids after school. Any variations are welcome.

    Thanks,

You can use either ready made tortillas or our own Indian chappatis for the base.

Apply butter of guacamole or pesto or tomato sauce (whatever the children like)

And then the filling can be any thick gravy of veg, meat dishes (if you eat them), rice, even channa masala, avial, etc...

You can serve it as it is or you can stick it in the oven with a layer of cheddar cheese on the top and wait till the cheese is cripsy and slightly brown...

Alan, that is because I love my food and I love variety... (and my husband doesn't mind being tested upon )
