Need Cooks from Tamilnadu

Need a Chennai cook who is specializing in Road Side dishes, (usually prepared by cooks who sell food near Bus Stand, Taxi/Auto/Rickshaw stand, Govt and Public Buildings).
I am looking for cooks for North America (USA, CANADA), who have experience in all kinds of veg and nonveg food, all kinds of snacks, different kinds of Fish dishes (fried and salna) Road side Kebabs/Egg Fry/Vadai curry/chicken,mutton curry/Dosai, Idly and Samosa which are available in the Irani tea Stall, and different kinds of sweets. I don’t need any catering college graduate, all I need is person who could understand English and he should be from Native Tamilnadu.
Experience is very important for me. I would personally come to chennai to try his food. I don’t need anybody from 5 star hotels. I am already in Briyani business here in North America.
I make a different type of Briyanis, which is totally uniquie, not the one that Hemant has mentioned earlier in the forum.
