Joshua Sridhar's Kalloori
Finally the songs from Kalloori has arrived.
There are 4 songs, and one theme song.
1. June July
2. Kalloori theme
3. Sariya Ithu Thavara
4. Unnarugil Varugaiyil
5. Vanthanam Aiya Vanthanam
But sadly I am very dissapointed with the songs, only the song Unnarugil Varugayil sounds good. Where is the magic from Joshua Shridhar??

The songs did not catch up with me yet...
but i would say its not JS at his best...
maybe cos of the quality of my download, i feel it sounds noisy...
the sariya thavara song gives me some memories of the kadhal music...
need to hear more for commenting more...

Interesting to see some comments of people yet to catch up with Kalloori's music. Its a trademark Balaji Shaktivel OST - Joshua seems to have worked hard to mold it in the Kaadhal mode. Except the silly college song sung in the bus - which may perhaps look better than sounding, the other 4 tracks are extremely predictable and lovely!

Krishna Chetan is credited for additional programming...
Ramesh Vinayagam is also in the credits...
Naveen...
Seems to be a good team that he has used for this album.
The album is very good but somehow lacks inventivity...
Being accustomed to ARR and his originality, still waiting for someone who could deliver radically different kind of songs from one album to another...
But anyway, Kallori is still a very good album with catchy songs... except for that "situational" song...
