1.Filmaka Periodic Contest :-

March's theme is "GENERATION GAP"

It's a contest based on a particular theme. Make a film not more than 3 minutes in any Indian language including English. First 7 winners would get Rs.20, 000 each and can win exciting Prizes and Rs.30,000 for a follow up film and compete for Rs.75, 000 in Jury Level .In Final level they can win a Feature film contract in Bollywood with Bollywood filmmakers and the runner up of final level gets Rs 11, 00,000 cash prize.

With a jury consisting of Farhan Akhtar, Shabana Azmi, Rahul Bose, Vishal Bhardwaj, Ashutosh Gowarikar, Anil Kapoor, Anupam Kher, Deepak Nayar , Naseeruddin Shah, Uday Singh and Santosh Sivan .

It's a win/win situation.
This could be great exposure for you and your films/videos... plus, a chance to get selected by the jury from Bollywood.

Filmaka India has launched a new feature the Filmaka journal apart from its monthly professional contests. Filmaka journal can be used to showcase your films that do not fit our periodic contests theme, but you still feel it is entertaining. It can be anything an interesting comedy, an interview anything. The duration limit is between 30 seconds and 3mins, remember Filmaka India is a platform to prove your film making skills. We are constantly looking for talent and ideas which we can nurture to create great entertainment.

Best Filmaka Journal of the fortnight gets cash prizes and is commissioned @ Rs 25,000 to make thirty half minute journals for the upcoming month and win prizes like Camcorders, Mini DV cameras, HDV cameras, Laptops, Final Cut Pro Editing software, Full HD cameras etc
