தமிழக முதல்வருக்கு நன்றி! - 'தலைவா' விஜய் அறிக்கை

'தலைவா' திரைப்படத்தை தமிழகத்தில் வெளியிட நடவடிக்கை எடுத்தமைக்காக, தமிழக முதல்வர் ஜெயலலிதாவிற்கு நன்றி தெரிவித்து நடிகர் விஜய் அறிக்கை வெளியிட்டுள்ளார்.

அந்த அறிக்கையில் அவர் கூறியிருப்பதாவது:

'ஆகஸ்ட் 9-ம் தேதி வெளிவர வேண்டிய 'தலைவா' திரைப்படம், சில அச்சுறுத்தல்கள் காரணமாக தியேட்டர்களில் திரையிட முடியவில்லை. கடந்த பத்து தினங்களாக நான், தயாரிப்பாளர், விநியோகஸ்தர்கள், தியேட்டர் அதிபர்கள், ரசிகர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் மன உளைச்சலை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது.

மீடியாக்களில் வந்த பல கட்டுக்கதைகளுக்குப் பதிலடி கொடுக்கும் விதமாக மாண்புமிகு முதல்வர் அவர்கள் இந்தப் பிரச்னையில் தலையிட்டு, 'தலைவா' திரைப்படம் சுமூகமாக வெளிவர நடவடிக்கை எடுத்துள்ளார்கள்.

The clear number one at the Kerala Box-Office during the Eid Weekend is Vijay`s Thalaivaa, which is reported to have netted nearly Rs 2 crore.

Thalaivaa to have a king’s welcome!

If you haven’t seen how a king is brought to town, witness it tomorrow at the Udhayam Theater. At 11 am on the 20^th August, the reel box of Thalaivaa will be brought to Udhayam in a massive Chariot. Vijay's fans have planned a huge procession to celebrate the release of their idol’s much awaited movie.

Following a row of controversies, Thalaivaa releases tomorrow in Tamil Nadu. Though not as grand as it was planned to be released on 9^th August, the film has been given around 400 screens across the state, as of now. It is expected that more last minute bookings will be made and the final figure will be higher. By the end of the night, the final figure for the total screen count is expected to be known.

The advance booking has been spectacular as usual and a huge opening is expected in the state, despite the delay.

if it is single screen then how come 15 shows per day...since the movie is said to be 3 hours and 45 hours of cinema in a single screen per day i.e. 24 hours....mind-blowing...
