K, I feel it's easier than the deep fried version... here instead of frying, u r steaming the balls...so fry pannura velai michcham... other than that, it's almost the samme old veg manchurian recipe...

Anu, boil some water in a small pot.
Put your chocolate and milk in another container.
Hold the container that contains the chocolate and milk
over the boiling water. DO NOT TOUCH THE WATER
The steam from the boiling water will melt the chocolate.
Stir till the chocolate and milk becomes smooth and silky.
Do not stir for a very long time.
If you want to use cocoa powder, than you must use, condensed
milk and little butter, to get the thick silky smooth texture.
Sorry if any one thinks that I am wrong.

thanks kugan
I think I will have to give this recipe a miss! No dairy in our house... unless I find some dairy free choc in the market, actually it is easter time, and maybe some dairy free easter eggs are in the shop

Thank you very much Dev,
They all look very easy, and we will not
be bored eating the same oats with the kulambu.
What a co incident, my aunt too gave me a recipe
for healthy oats porridge today.
I had it for breakfast and posted it in the thread.
Thanks. Kugan98
