Yes, the mutton kulambu was a hit.
I also made special fish biryani, of course mock fish
I will post the recipe soon. You can even make it without the fish. Its a village type of biryani.
The next day was plain cumin rasam, very satisfying.
What ever it is, be happy with what we make, that is very important.

Dev, thanks for your compliments and nice post.
Dev, naanggalum, soya mate thaan.
Just boil them nicely, with little garlic, and ginger.
Squeeze out the water nicely.
Marinate with ginger, garlic paste, salt and chillie powder over night. Shallow fry in little oil, make the mutton kulambu
as per recipe, add it to the kulambu.
Super mutton masala kulambu
