Gobinath and this issue particularly is the least of the problems with Vijay TV. In fact, me being one of the harshest critics of Gobi, would not fault him on this issue. But OTOH I sincerely hope someone comes up with a flaming post on NVOK (no, not related to Surya at all, he is in fact quite OK these days) and that post goes viral. That team's exploitation and the extremely obvious 'staging' has to STOP. Like now. There is not a single thing which is not staged in Vijay TV and the most annoying thing is they are being reverred as the best TV channel.

AvangaLoda patterns success aagiduchi. but athai vechikittu over milage poraanga! End result is, we need to enjoy the goods of Vijay tv which is well fused with their crap stuff. Vera vazhi! other channels are much worse. sun Tv, Kattu kattaa kaila kaasu kuduthu porgraam panraanga. antha kodumai ellaam not watchable even for 1 minit.

I dont watch NVOK anymore. And that's only because of the exploitation and harming the dignity of participants. I just could not stand it. I have not seen these kind of cheap tactics in the Hindi version done by AB or SRK. Eventhough it is said the same team is involved with the production in Tamil, the show is a TYPICAL Vijay TV stuff. And regarding Srinivasan issue, chances are very high for Vijay TV, Gopinath and Srinivisan to have staged this matter with an agreement (rehearsal ellaam kooda paathiruppaanga), so that all three get publicity. I wouldn't be surprised even if Srinivasan had paid an amount to get this staged. Vijay TV team would go down to any level to get their TRP increased. And there are celebrities who would go to any extent to get publicity through Vijay TV.

Nevertheless, need to admit that they are miles a head when it comes to creativity and production quality compared to other Thamizh channels. And they have a very good reach overseas.

IMO , net world is overreacting on gopinath in this Srinivasan episode , though I don't fully support his take on Srinivasan . It is evident many have been waiting an opertunity to blast gopi . Nobody can satisfy everybody in all aspect. Other than his superlative comments in other cinema related shows , he is quite good in neeya naana .

If Seenivaasan says, i want to earn publicity by making me a comedian(soora mokkai though), its ok. If he says ONLY that as his motto, its OK.
