Corn Pudding
INGREDIENTS :
1 cup custard flour
1 and a half cups of milk
2 cups water
3/4 cup sugar
1 can sweet corn
METHOD :
Mix the custard powder, sugar, corn, milk and water.
Stir all the ingredients on medium heat, until it becomes thick and glossy.
Pour the pudding batter into a mould and let it cool before refrigerating. Serve chilled.
