EGGLESS ORANGE CAKE

Ingredients:

2 ½ cups of all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda.

1 cup orange juice
1 cup melted butter
1 ¼ cup condensed milk.
2 tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp orange zest.

Method:

Sieve the flour, baking soda and baking powder,
2 times. Put them in a bowl.
Make a well in the centre of the flour.
Pour all the wet ingredients into the flour.
Mix well without any lumps.

Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
Grease and line a cake tin with parchment paper.
Pour the mixed ingredients into the greased tin.
Now place the cake tin in the middle rack and bake
for about 30 to 40 minutes.
A toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake
should come out clean.
Allow to cool on a rack. Cut into slices, or you can ice
the cake with orange butter icing.
