P.S Tamby, today for tea I made the falafal sandwich.
Complete with the pita bread, salad and tahini sauce.
Let me post, one by one, so that it will be easy to make.
Lot of work, but everyone enjoyed it.

BTW why do you go through such trouble to make pitta bread? Aren't they available in supermarket???
here in London you would find it any asian shops
