Dabbu sir dabbu. Telugu films pay on a higher scale. Prabhu is the earning machine for the extended family I guess - just like NT was for his and his brothers' families in his time. It is this dynamic that saw NT accepting all sorts of movies and gracing unworthy ventures with his presence. Happening to Prabhu also I guess - Sivaji Films hasnt been a hugely succesful production house either...

You mean he actually gets a higher pay in telugu than tamil films? I thought only glamour queens gets higher paychecks there.
