    & Santhanam thinks that he needs to say a counter dialogue for every dialogue uttered by every other character in the scene.. few evokes laughter.. but not all..

    adichu vida enna irukku? out of curiosity I watched the movie again (I have a collection of Bakiaraj movies).
    Certain parts were very good - hindi vasanam... kudukuduppu kaaran, but mostly it was dry....
    2nd half was drawn out, serious and not funny at all

    Kind of agree with Nov. IPNV is not the best of Bagyaraj. You can't watch it again & again. Even Pownu Pownu and the film he acted with Silk Smitha are watchable many times. IPNV was just OK.

    In such a trauma, I wonder if the bunch of army bozos (song) idea also had some Rise of the Planet of Apes cell/play zone effect.

    i guess u know the story of its making..
    Baghyaraj had half of the screenplay developed.. then he had no idea how to take it further.. [told by director GM Kumar in one of the interview]
    then the team came up with that boring 2nd half..

    1st half is definetly classic & can be watched again & again..

    to name a free flowing comedy that can be watched again & again.. i will say, Chinna Veedu
