Ninaithadhai Mudippavan is a wonderful dual role pictures. This picture is liked by all MGR fans. I like this movie very much and I viewed this movie more than 50 times. Not only MGR fans but also other tamil films lover. The picture is an hundred days movie. All the songs are super hit..No song is replaced the Poomazhai thoovi song..Kannai nambaadhe song is the ringtone of many people..The picture has created many records afterwards...In Puducherry also that movie has showed many time in many theatres..most of the Pondicherry theatres had released the movie afterwards..One who hated the movie is not a MGR fan in my point of view..

Mr.Kaliyaperumal, your statement about nm movie is absolutely correct. oruvar methu oruvar sainthu song also excellent one.

esvee, your avatar, if not mistaken is from Ninaithathai Mudippavan, and the song, Poomalai Toovi, happens to be one of my favourite TMS songs. Now, brace for the surprise. My dad is hardcore MGR fan, and during one our get-together singing session, I attempted to sing that song (he was handling the Tabla), he refused to respond saying that he hated that movie!!!! I was shocked! Is that movie one of the least liked among general MGR fans?

The word you should have used instead of hate is "not liked" Since one who hates the movie of his favourite actor is not his fan. The word hate comes when one watches other actor movies.


Some of MGR fans will not like one or two MGR movie in particular due to some reasons and also according to their mind set. Maybe your father did not liked the movie because MGR steals diamonds in Ninaithathai Mudipavan.

For me I did not like movie Neerum Nerupum when I watched for the first time and changed my opinion when I watched the same movie for the second time. But the only movie I did not like still is Thali Baghyam. I did not know why MGR acted in this movie.
