Dont give much credit to Mr. V.C.Shanmugam, he is the one spoiled many NT movies not to reach 100 days or silver.

Under his control only Thanga Surangam lifted in 10 weeks when there were much crowd till last day.

You are being a Chennaivaasi (madharaswala) you know what happened to 'Dheiva Magan'. There was a situation of lifting Dheivamagan in 98 days in Shanti, Crown, Bhuvaneswari because a new movie 'Aththai Magal' was booked to release in the same three theatres by lifting Dheiva Magan in 98 days.

On hearing the news, NT fans gathered in Shanti and gave pressure to complete 100 days for Dheivamagan. Because of that pressure Dheivamagan was allowed to complete eaxactly 100 days and 'Aththai Magal' was released two days delay in Chennai Shanti, Crown, Bhuvaneswari. Otherwise Dheivamagan might have run 100 days in Madurai New Cinema and Trichy Prabhat only.
