Not in comarison with Shruthi, but just to point out to you that Mandhira Bedi has a very high carrier graph in the télévision world starting from 1994. Her TV "serial" Shanthi was a huge sucess and she secured her place there and then increasing her viewership thru many other television programmes, not to mention her colaboration with SRK. Her sucess is not a fluke, and i think you are keeping in mind her anchoring in the World Cup. That just happened, and maybe she got famous amoung men from then.

Its actually the reverse - Shruthi is yet to established herself. She has a long way to go - but thru these kind of events, twitter (+ her origin) the distance maybe less - to be seen. Just because Shruthi is Kamal's daughter, she does not merit such statements. Its too early.
