Dear P.S Tamby, I tried once the vegetarian sushi in a Korean restaurant in California.
I did not like the taste, anyway it will be a little difficult to do it in the house.
I mean trying to get all the ingredients.
I am giving you the link, try and see.
Thanks and take care, Kugan

POTATO PICKLE (Rose )
Dear Rose, I have rewritten the recipe and tried the recipe that your,
grandma saw in a show. I made little changes, I put only the gravy from the lime pickle.
Not the limes also, the taste was super. went well with the curd rice.
Thanks again for the recipe. Kugan.
POTATO PICKLE
Ingredients:
2 tbs oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 dried red chillies cut into pieces
1 sprig of curry leaves
2 tsp of ginger garlic paste
150 grms tomatoes chopped fine
˝ tsp chillie powder
Salt to taste
250 grms potatoes, half boiled and cut into big cubes
100 grms green peas
1 tbs spoon , the gravy from the lime pickle
1 tbs cut coriander leaves.
Method:
Heat a non stick pan with the oil. Add in the cimin seeds.
Let it crackle, add in the red chillies, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste.
Sauté for a minute, add in the chopped tomatoes, chillie powder and salt to taste.
Cook till the tomatoes turn mushy. Add in the boiled potatoes and green peas.
Lower the flame, cover and cook till the potatoes are done and dry.
Now add in the gravy from the bottle of lime pickle.
Give a good stir, remove and garnish with the coriander leaves.
Goes well with curd or rasam rice.

Zucchini pulao:
I saw zucchini rice recipe from one of the youtube videos of manjula's kitchen. I got inspired and I customized it, made a zucchini pulao with little variations.
Here is the recipe..
Rice - 2 cup
Bay leaves - 2
cinnamon stick - 1 inch
cumin seeds - 1 tsp
big onion - 1
shredded zucchini - 2 cup for 2 cups rice
Peas - as required
salt - as required
jeera and pepper powder - 1 tsp
green chillies - 3 or 4 based on the spicyness
Method:
Soak Rice in water, then drain the water and keep it aside for abt 15 mins.
Heat oil in a big vessel(the size of the vessel should be enuff to cook rice),
Put cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, bay leaves, leave it till it turns color.
Now add onion, green chillies, saute well till it turns color. Add peas, salt, pepper jeera powder and mix well. Add zuccini shreds, give a good mix.
Now, add the soaked and drained rice, mix well for abt 5 mins. Add 4 cups of water.
Keep in high heat for abt 10 mins, then reduce to medium flame and let it cook for abt 10 mins or till the rice is cooked.
Thats it!!!!! Zucchini pulao is ready. Enjoy with some good gravy. I prepared Mushroom gravy. I didnt feel like adding ginger garlic, next time I ll try to do that with this. I have in mind to grind onion and chilli. Let us see how that will turn out.
