Kutty Puli - typical mass movie but without much insulttothebrain moments.
Lots of 80s songs re used.
Malaysians can feel proud of the 90s akka maga song
One can see a completely different sasikumar in the 2nd half.
Romance half action half sprinkled with lavish amount of comedy.
Never argue with a fool or he will drag you down to his level and beat you at it through sheer experience!

19thmay, there seems to be a confusion -
If :
- I mistook Masaani for the movie - its good as Mexicomeat gave some good information, thanks to him.
- its the movie Masaani, then what I said were the scenes when I really had some good laughs.
Waiting with Siv.S to actually know : "then what did u mean by masaani there !"
(LOL inbetween)

Nov, actually I was not impressed by the movie (thats why did not post a detail review). First of all the romance part (how pricky I am, oh my god), mentioning the out stretched arms is enough ! I cannot consider it as a spoof (as Sasikumar is quite clever in putting such scenes) as it is the part of the naration which shows his tranformation. Secondly the 80's song - What Sasikumar did in Subramaniyapuram was logical (happens to be a "sound service shop"), but here its quite forced, and followed by the duets of present time just took away the impact, leave alone the choice of songs. [Omitting Mom/Son sentiment]. Comedy front I was a bit OK with the humours embedded within the characters.
Rest are, Sasikumar's "unexpected-decesion-making-techniques" are quite impressive, nice silambattam show, remarkable "voilence-minus-gore" action scenes and an appreciable ending
Kutti Puli : wild but still its a cat.

Conclusion : Maasani is indeed a name given to girls as illustrated above.

Oh I meant the movie there. But initially I was confused as I thought you actually praised those scenes. If you had a laugh, then its fine for me
