The movies which Manivannan had directed and which I found memorable are : Amaidhipadai, Ganam Kortaar Avargale, Chinna Thambi Periya Thambi, Mudhal Vasantham, Paalaivana Rojaakkal, 24 Mani Neram, Gopurangal Saivadhillai, among others. The movies in which I liked his performance (as a comedian, as a villain, in a supporting role, etc) are too many to be listed here. Death has snatched away a talented actor-director-writer at a relatively young age. May his soul rest in peace, and may God give solace to the family members in their time of grief.

It was a joy to watch him on screen. Unfortunate that we wont get to see him again in another film......

He cries towards the end with a final request.
    Was his wish fulfilled?

I remember watching "kadaluku mariyathai" (i think it was on BOGI festival) in sangam theatre....What a response for his introduction song "aiyya veedu"....What a thundering response.....it was his peak time as a actor....
In theory there is no difference between theory and practice; in practice there is
