சென்னை காமராஜர் அரங்கில் இன்று மாலை நடைப்பெற்ற மக்கள் திலகம் விழாவில் சுமார் 800 ரசிகர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டுள்ளனர் .மக்கள் திலகத்தின் பாடல்கள் பாடும் போது
ரசிகர்களின் ஆராவரம் அட்டகாசமாக இருந்தது .

அபிநய சரஸ்வதி திருமதி சரோஜாதேவி பேசும் போது

தன்னுடய வாழ்க்கையில் மக்கள் திலகம் ஒரு கடவுளாக இருந்தார் என்றும் தான் கடைசி மூச்சு உள்ளவரை மக்கள் திலகத்தை நினைத்து கொண்டே இருப்பேன் என்று உணர்சிகரமாக கூறினார் .

ரசிகர்களின் ஆராவரம் அட்டகாசமாக இருந்தது .

I think this function is much organized interms of administration, promotion etc., than the previous function organized by Urimaikural.

I think the organising commitee was headed by Mr.Pandiarajan actor and Mr.Mailsamy. Last year, when we were in Annai Illam on October 1st, I remember, Mr.Mailsamy came to Mr.Prabhu and took some good donation which he had already committed for one activity related to Mr.MGR organized by a Group from Mint and Pookadai. Some segment of the group got bit annoyed on this and tried to express their unhappiness but of no use. I am not sure, if Mr.Mailsamy told the public in that function as to who donated it because, we all know the film personalities, they will take money from somewhere and create a big scene as if they are giving from their pocket.
