    Sudha you asked NOV anneh chickenla kutoo can be done.
    I am here to help out my NOV anneh.


    I did the kutoo the same way we do sorakkai kutoo.
    Instead of the sorakkai, I marinated the mock chicken,
    with ginger garlic paste, chillie powder and tumeric powder.
    Little salt and pan fried the chicken pieces and kept aside.

    Boiled pasipparupu, seasoned with onions, green chillies, curry leaves,
    mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, cinnamon stick.
    When the kutoo was boiling, lastly added the pan fried mock chicken.
    Removed and added little lime juice and cut coriander leaves.


    The colour is a little darker due to the pan fried chicken.

    Chefs are just like children.

    as a present, here is a unique recipe for K



    Maggi Noodles bhaji

    Ingredients

    1 packet maggi noodles
    2 tbsp besan
    2 green chillies, (cut into small pieces)
    1 onion, (cut into small pieces)
    Coriander leaves,
    3/4 tsp chilli powder,
    Salt to taste,
    Oil for frying,
    Tomato ketchup

    Method

    1) Boil the noodles and remove extra water.
    2) Now mix all things together.
    3) Make small ball with it.
    4) Heat the oil, fry till brown.
    5) Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

    thanks for ur wishes. noodles bhaji super, i have tried spring rolls. also mock chicken kootu awesome idea. will give a try.

    NOV anneh, very bad haze, children in the house.
    So I tried out your maggie bajii, super hit pongga.
    My son suggested that I add in a pinch of the maggie seasonings for a kick.
    I will try it out next time. Thanks NOV anneh for the yummy snack.
