    Orange Ice Pops

    Ingredients:

squeeze the orange juice from about 8 oranges.
    add sugar to taste.
add little water to dilute the juice

    method;
    pour into popsicle molds
    Freeze for about 5 hours.
to unmould, the popsicle, just dip it in warm water for a second.
    remove the cover and enjoy.

Thanks Kuganka for the mild kurma. Yeh, it is good for the hot seasons.
Kuganka, I too make these types of pops. I use chocolate milk, fizzy drinks,
Cold coffee, to make different types of pop ices. Try and see.

This page is quite quiet... how is everyone? What was your cooking over the weekend?
Mine was a simple chicken briyani...

Never argue with a fool or he will drag you down to his level and beat you at it through sheer experience!

Kuganka, thanks for the kurma and pop ice recipes. Good idea to make pop ice with all the fruit juices and things. Well I usually ask you for recipes. Went to a dinner recently, they served mutton pickle, as a dish.
By the way do you know the recipe? The dish was a little " sotha sotha" not very dry.
I simply loved the dish. Thanks.

The orange ice pops are tempting me..here temp is 100 deg..so I have to get my Popsicle moulds out and try this...
Due to scorching temp, don't feel like cooking at all..Also my younger one has started school last week...So in spite of summer vacation, still busy in the mornings.

Thanks Gulabjamun for your nice post and request.
I remember posting a mutton pickle very long time ago, made with real mutton.
That was a dry version. Let me look it up.

I will post a "sotha sotha version for you.
Actually, nowadays I make my own seitan, that is mock meat.
I will post how to make the mutton pickle soon. Enjoy
    Thanks and take care, Kugan
