    kugan's Kitchen Part 7

My dear friends, this is little story time.
Remember I told you all having relatives from UK for summer vacation?
Well I heard that the children love pizza, McDonalds and things.
So I made them 3 trays of pizza.

My eldest nephew who is 15 years old gave me a type of look.
The mother smiled and said he is trying to say that he too can bake.
I was surprised , he said he will do dinner rolls for me. The rolls were a bit hard, but good job.
Here he is making the dinner rolls and the end product.
Not bad for an 15 year old to do that ( my house they only know how to eat.

The Dinner Rolls That Ramanan Made:

Well I than showed him how to do pull apart soft dinner rolls:

    Chefs are just like children.
They should be seen not heard.

Kuganka the stuffed capsicum came out great. It was something new for the family.
You are really great, thanks for the explanation for melted butter, that too with pictures.

Your little story was very nice. Good your nephew from UK can bake.
We too have to teach our children to do little cooking.
By the way your pizza and dinner rolls were fantastic.
Super soft to see. I am sure you are cooking more dishes for your guests.
Please post pictures for us to see. Rose

    Kuganji..

I think I can take some training on my visit to KL. ( In my house still "theendamai" is in practice and gents are not allowed inside the kitchen to do any work )

anyhow... while working we can consume some tasty raw materials and also some lovely items during work in process

Whether we get final recipe or not... the experience will be WONDERFUL !

Thanks NOV anneh for your post.
Kutty payan can do pizza, sandwiches and dips it seems.
Even though his dinner rolls very little hard and karadumuradu, taste was nice.
Payan has gone to Singapore, will be back next week.
I will post him to you

When you make paneer curry, do you have to soak the panner in Gram flour batter before frying the paneer ?
