Could someone explain what exactly is going on ?

-Govt. did not ban the movie.
-Police is saying they have nothing to do with stopping the movie.
-Theatre owners are refusing to screen the movie for some unknown reason.

Is it related to tax exemption ? Is that how CM can help ?
