She is having more screen space and has some action sequences also in VR2 I think..

Regarding Hindi release, reason it didn't get much screens, it [Hindi version], was sandwiched in-between two biggies [Race-2, came same day as Tamil version everywhere except for TN/Pondi/Gulf week prior (25-Jan)] and Special-26 [following week]. Hindi version did not get an overseas release and was strictly a NI release. So the 13-14C money made for Balaji [they were happy with the response/collections as per tweets, so no one's complaining.

This time, if they're targeting a solo release, my guess is to release on Nov-1st [Krrish 3 is apparently releasing on Diwali Day itself, Nov-3, which is a Sun.] Holiday-irunda, VR2 can be done. And if the content is strong, they will throng (with promotions of course.) Should VR-2 come on 1st Nov, that gives them about 3-4 weeks till Prabhu Deva's movie arrives [last week of Nov.] Plus, VR-2 budget would be 54C [compared to the monster 95C in Part 1]. Even if Hindi collects ~20C [DVD/Satelite/Audio rights non-withstanding], other versions are there to stand by.

So I strongly hope he gives the Hindi rights to UTV, Eros or Reliance. Eros has 'ErosNow', which releases streaming HD prints. They can support KH's DTH plan, should he try to implement it again. UTV is tied-up with Disney, so overseas, innum nariya screens varum.

UTV, EROS were quoting less for the VR, that's why he had gone with Balaji...

This time it's mostly Aascar & KH producing and Part 1 was a big hit (so he and Aascar have to take control. Aascar did a terrible job with Hindi Dasa release.) Plus, he badly needs his movies to be marketed to the max. Saarugaan evalo trip-pannina, oru mokka padatha BB status vandhathu. Why not emulate that strategy?
