Suggestion : 100 years for Indian cinema merits a thread of its own for several reason, main one being its a great achievement. On the viewership front, I suggest so as its quite difficult to jump between thread and follow the fans-critics views. Plus all the photos circling around can be maintained under one roof. And of coarse it can cut down Star-Wars in one thread rather than exploding in all possible threads.

And there is more to it : people can share their information on the origins of Indian Cinema + technology advancements + its adaptations + contribution of each and every artists (language no bar, at least for me) towards achieving this grandeur.

If a thread is open, I will comment there.

You guys and your fascination towards A "Chair". It could be for multiple reasons why they stood at the podium. Few internet morons started posting photos and stupid captions to go with it, just to start another unwanted problem nothing else.
They way I see , Rajini, IR, and Kamal are gentlemen who respected the podium. And did what they were asked to do. "Sabai Mariyadhai"
