Mommooty has someow managed to look the same for the past 25+ years. Just have a look at his pre 90s movies. There isn't much of a difference from the way he looks today. But that's rarely the case with Kamal. The rigorous prosthetics , the beefed up appearances in Aalavandhan, VV have all taken a toll on his overall appearance. There was also talk about how the prosthetics used in Dasavathaaram affected his hair. So no wonder he started balding after that. Another guy who rarely seems to age is Nagarjuna. He can probably dub off as Naga Chaitanya's brother in one of his movies for he looks that young.

+1. He tried to look differently in many movies that did take some toll on his body. Mammootty and Nagarjuna though they are not looking as handsome as Kamal, definitely looking young for quite long time.
PS: regarding Nagarjuna, because of his younger looks, still there are gossips linking him with younger heroines like Charmi, Anushka etc..

We cannot forget Nagesh's performance in Apoorva Sagodhararkal, Magalir Mattum, Nammavar and Vasool Raja MBBS.

Vasool did not have any notable moments for Nagesh. MMKR - Avinashi, Panjathanthiram, Avvai Sanmugi are worth mentioning here.

If I remember correctly Mamooty has been wearing a wig for long time , that alone is enough to make some one look younger than some one that is bald .Nargarjuna seems to be slim and trim though

Ok, but his hair looks so artificial like that of MGR/Shivaji in late 60s early 70's .. any way , I also heard some where he is a strict Muslim, so he may not be consuming harmful substances like Alcohol/tobacco which leads to premature aging.
