Director Lingusamy is getting ready to team up with Suriya for his next project. This untitled film will be produced by Lingusamy's own banner Tirupathi rothers. It will have music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography by Santosh sivan. Samantha is heroine.

The Suriya-Lingusamy film went on floors yesterday in Mumbai. We hear that the major portion of the story is set in that city and that it would be a Superstar Rajinikanth’s Baasha-like film. Suriya will also have two different makeovers in the movie, we are told. Lingusamy is also planning to wrap things up before March, it seems.

Samantha plays the female lead in the movie and the ace cinematographer, Santosh Sivan is also on board. The character roles will be played by Manoj Bajpai, Vidyut Jamwal and Rajpal Yadav. Yuvan Shankar Raja will score for the film and Thirrupathi Brothers is funding it.

For almost all his movies Lingu has opted for non tamil heroes only.
