With Vijay's Jilla all set for a Pongal release, all eyes are now on the audio launch date of the film. When we queried the team on the planned date, December 15, Sunday is what they have said. This date isn't final yet and the other logistics, practicalities of the function are still to be worked out as the filming process hasn't been completed yet. A teaser and trailer are also expected to be released in the month of December.

Distributors of a few areas have already come out with theater listings for Jilla and it has clearly taken the lead in booking theaters, among all the Pongal releases. Veeram and Kochadaiyaan are the other runners in this grand race, which promise to set the cash registers ringing.

Ayangaran International will distribute Vijay's #Jilla in European countries. Film releases on Jan 9th there.

Yohan, for the moment there is no news from Ayngaran front. They have just announced the release of Veeram on 10/01. I will post an update as soon as I see one.
