After watching Dhoom3, had to revive myself by listening to this piece :

There comes few movies which make me wonder how wonderful it would be to be in the same room when the story sequences were discussed. Dhoom3 tops the list :

Opening heist :
Director & stunt director to Amir : Sir, Parking lot-la bike oda matikiringa sir
Amir : Ho! Apporam
D/SD : Bike-la oru button thatringa sir
Amir : Exciting
D/SD : Oru rope varuthu sir. Apadi-ya pathuku building-la hook aguthu sir.

D/SD : *intelliegent smiles* No sir, angathan Stunt-Twist. Rope walking illa sir, Rope-Biking. Athu mattum illa sir, cross pannum bothu oru tram varuthu sir ...

D/SD : Bridge rendu-a splitting sir. Neenga Matikitinga-nu Police cool nikuarpa, neenga water la bike oda dive panringa sir.

D/SD : wait sir, twist time. Mid air-la bike, motor boat-a marudhu sir.
Amir : Amazing. Apporam
D/SD : Thani, sir, Thani. Motor boat-la neenga, suthi police roundup. Apadiya water-la motor-boat-oda dive pandringa sir.
Amir : So sweet, ippo under water swimming escape-a ?
D/SD : *intelliegent smiles* Ippo thaan 3rd Stunt-Twist - Thani vittu slo-mo la coming out sir - Motor-Boat air-la thirupi bike-a marudu sir !
Amir : Catch pannitein ji, catch panitein. idha shoot panrom ji, Padam hit akorom ji.

2nd Half :
Amir : yenna pa, hollywood range-la irruku 1st half ? Namba SRK aunties-ku yenna pa irruku ?
D : Don't worry sir, interval block twist-ku apporam, Bhayangaramana Love Triangle sir. All guys cry sir, All girls cry sir. Theatre ensoi sir. Plus Abhishek and Udhay, already mokkais, 2nd half la romba mokkai-ya akurom sir. Appo thaan idhu Amir padam-nu numbuvanga.
Amir : Super Appu, namba Trade pandits 1000 Cr collection-nu soldra alavuku Dhoom3 varanum ji.

Well as I mentioned in the Biriyani thread, the title card sequence was excellent, but it has its roots in (the below is a original performance and the sound you hear are produced by the performers, not like in Dhoom3) :



Yashraj films must give "a Hollywood film maker" a big paycheck. Out of the box thinking is stealing the whole box-nu nanachitanga pola.

Andha "Rs. 250 crore just to break-even" konjam overa irukke. Appo andha 150 cr yaar saaptanga? 95cr includes ALL production & marketing costs, if Im not wrong.

And what a surprise. I was just wondering what happened to Rendavathu Padam. Remember watching the posters long long back. Glad to know that its good.
